Hertz Global Holdings, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, provides airport and off airport vehicle rental and leasing services. It operates through three segments: U.S. Rental Car, International Rental Car, and All Other Operations. The company serves business and leisure customers. Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. was founded in 1918 and is headquartered in Estero, Florida. On May 22, 2020, Hertz Global Holdings, Inc, filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
